Diamantis, Selected Vineyards Xinomavro 2017, Siatista
Diamantis continues a great job in Siatista, Macedonia investing on Xinomavro and other local varieties. His 2017 is still youthful with slightly grippy tannins that need time to mellow. Elegant, and crisp with light-handed approach this speaks of a cooler climate and sophistication. (limestone soils, 890 m altitude, 13% abv, 15,000 bottles, TA 6.52)
