Το δίλημμα της μπύρας
Δεν είχα γράψει ποτέ εως τώρα για την μπύρα αν και ως κλασικός άνθρωπος του κρασιού την τιμώ και με το παραπάνω πριν την δοκιμή κρασιών ή ακόμα και μετά. Μάλιστα όταν δοκιμάζουμε πάρα πολλά κρασιά το ανέκδοτο που κυκλοφορεί είναι ότι ''όλο αυτό γίνεται προκειμένου να πιούμε στο τέλος μία μπύρα''!
Έχω βρεθεί όμως πολύ κοντά στο παρελθόν δοκιμάζοντας την εξαιρετική Lava της Septem από την σειρά Hobby Hoppy Series που με 9% αλκοόλ και έντονο το χαρακτήρα του λυκίσκου καταφέρνει και βρίσκει μία υπέροχη ισορροπία πικράδας και αρωμάτων καραμέλας, ξηρών καρπών και αποξηραμένων τροπικών φρούτων. Η πολυπλοκότητα στη μύτη είναι συνεπής και στο στόμα που διαθέτει όγκο, διάρκεια και πλούτο.
