(1/3 out of oak, 3 years on the lees, zero dosage, riddled and disgorged by hand). World class nose with lime, chamomile, pear brioche, and nutty in the end. Very long and impressive length. Palate is fresh, crisp and creamy but also very vibrant full of minerality and power.
