Dougos Methystanes (Ripasso style) 2003

Dougos Methystanes (Ripasso style) 2003

A wine that was never released commercially on the market made in a Ripassa style with re-fermentation on the skins of Syrah-Grenache-Limniona from Meth Imon wine to produce a more complex style. Fantastic wine, very exotic with cedar, nutmeg and bright black fruit on the nose. Layered and dense with so many things happening on the palate and long lasting finish. Pity that only few bottles are left.
