(100% of Liatiko from Dafnes in Crete, 350 m altitude, classic red vinification, alcoholic fermentation lasts for 3 days at 20°C and then continues at 25°C in stainless steel tanks, matured for up to 12 months in French oak barrels of 1,5t and 3t, 13,8% abv, rs 1,7 gr/lt, TA 5,6 gr/lt).
Mediterranean nose with garrigues, black olives, intense thyme along with a core of plums. Soft and seductive on the palate with a lightly tannic and herbal finish. A classic value from Crete entering a new era with maturation in big oak casks. Greece&Grapes €8.30
