Το ελληνικό κρασί δεν παύει να με εκπλήσσει, κυρίως θετικά τις περισσότερες φορές. Είναι τα τερουάρ των περιοχών - είτε λέγεται Νάουσα είτε Νεμέα - που δίνουν ένα ξεχωριστό αποτύπωμα, είναι η εξερεύνηση των αυτόχθονων ποικιλιών - θα ήθελα να πω η ανακάλυψη νέων ποικιλιών αλλά διστάζω γιατί δεν ξέρουμε ήδη αυτές που έχουμε χρόνια - είναι ακόμα ότι αρχίζουμε να προσφέρουμε στις αγορές όλο και πιο απολαυστικά κρασιά.
Κρασιά που δεν χρειάζεται να τα παλαιώσεις ντε και καλά δύο δεκαετίες και βάλε μήπως και καταφέρεις να περάσεις καμήλα από το μάτι της βελόνας αλλά κρασιά σφιχτοδεμένα χωρίς να είναι αυστηρά ή άγουρα. Κρασιά απολύτως απολαυστικά!
