Προσπαθώντας να θυμηθώ τη γεύση του ελληνικού κρασιού περνάνε γρήγορα μπροστά μου εικόνες από Grande Reserve Νάουσα, Μαγικό Βουνό, Άβατον μέχρι και ημίγλυκα. Ποιος θυμάται μια στρογγυλή περίεργη φιάλη με το όνειρο Allotino που κυκλοφορούσε στα τέλη της δεκαετίας του 90; Βάζω στοίχημα ότι είχε τα ζαχαράκια του αλλά Θεέ μου (τότε) ήταν υπέροχο. Σαν το φιλί του Ιούδα ένα πράγμα.
