First Vintages: Οι πρώτες χρονιές αποκαλύπτονται στις 29 Ιανουαρίου
Έχουν ειπωθεί πολλά για την παλαίωση των ελληνικών κρασιών. Λευκών και κόκκινων. Οι απόψεις μου είναι διατυπωμένες και τις βρίσκετε εύκολα σε διάφορα έντυπα.Υπάρχει όμως καλύτερη ευκαιρία από την προσωπική εμπειρία;
Με αυτό το σκεπτικό στα πλαίσια της έκθεσης Τα Βοροινά, την Δευτέρα 29 Ιανουαρίου που είναι και η ημέρα της έκθεσης, θα συντονίσω ένα workshop με τις ''πρώτες'' χρονιές από 13 οινοποιεία της Ένωσης Οίνων Βορείου Ελλάδας. Με την βοήθεια των παραγωγών ανασύραμε από τα κελάρια τους σπάνιες και δυσεύρετες φιάλες κατά το δυνατόν από την πρώτη χρονιά κυκλοφορίας τους. Και όπου αυτό δεν ήταν εφικτό παρουσιάζεται η αμέσως πιο παλιά διαθέσιμη χρονιά.
