Gaia Thalassitis Submerged 2010
This is the submerged Thalassitis aged under the sea for 5 years. Very nutty and coffee-like on the nose with mango and lime fruit. Quite complex and intense. Tight, mineral and focused on the palate, this is very fresh with bright acidity needing time to mellow. Long buttery finish. A totally crazy wine that I enjoyed to the maximum.
