(From vines up to 45 years old in Limnos, Muscat of Alexandria grape variety, natural approach, skin contact for 8 days, spontaneous fermentation, minimal SO2 during bottling). Floral textbook Muscat on the nose but this has more depth. Zesty, seductive and very pleasant on the palate with light tannins and round acid. Just 12.5% abv but plenty of flavour.
