13.5% abv. Produced from old-vine Robola grown in a single high-altitude vineyard at 850 metres within the PDO Robola of Kefalonia zone. Fermented with indigenous yeasts, with 20% of the wine fermented in French and American oak barrels, followed by four months of bâtonnage. Cork sample.
