Gerovassiliou Xinomavro Rosé 2018

(Young Xinomavro vines, from the privately owned vineyard in Epanomi, Thessaloniki, 13.5% abv). Pale pink color, with an elegant nose of strawberry and raspberry fruit with some peppery scents. Tight on the palate, with tension and the telltale Xinomavro mouthwatering acidity, along a core of red cherries and raspberries. A vinous rosé wine with long lasting finish. Greece&Grapes €16.20 (YK)
