Hatzidakis Assyrtiko de Mylos 2015

A single vineyard 100% Assyrtiko from late-picked grapes. The wine has seen no oak, yet it has stayed on its lees for 10 months in stainless steel tanks. Dark yellow-gold with a fully developed nose offering mostly oxidative nuances. Saved by the bell on the palate due to high concentration and bright acidity. Long finish confirms that intentions were for producing a top wine.
