Τρύγος 2020, καιρός για αλλαγές
Πρόσφατα είχαμε μία ενδιαφέρουσα συζήτηση, στα πλαίσια ενός webinar που οργάνωσε η τράπεζα EBRD, για τις προκλήσεις που θα αντιμετωπίσουν οι οινοποιοί στον επερχόμενο τρύγο αλλά και μετά. Εκεί τέθηκαν και διάφορες ιδέες και προτάσεις για το πως οι οινοποιοί μπορούν να διαχειριστούν πιο αποτελεσματικά τον τρυγητό έχοντας σαν δεδομένο την ύπαρξη περιορισμένου χώρου στο οινοποιείο. Δεν είναι άλλωστε μυστικό ότι πολλοί παραγωγοί έχουν γεμάτες τις δεξαμενές τους από κρασί του 2019.
Πως μπορούν να δράσουν λοιπόν οι παραγωγοί και πως μπορούν να σχεδιάσουν την επόμενη ημέρα; Ας ξεκινήσουμε από το αμπέλι προχωρώντας στη συνέχεια στο οινοποιείο εξετάζοντας τι πρακτικές μπορούν να εφαρμοστούν.
