Katsaros Estate 2010
One of the best Cabernet Sauvignon wines in Greece along Yiniets from Averoff and Trilogia from Kokalis. This has also some Merlot in the blend. Ripe and concentrated nose with cedar and cassis. Full bodied and structured on the palate with the freshness of mint adding a layer of complexity. Tannic but supported by fruit. Decant for a couple of hours.
