More to the mineral side Assyrtiko, lean and vibrant. Nose is rather muted at this stage but palate delivers lots of structure with a limey pleasant finish. (Fermentation in tank, maturation for 4-5 months on fine lees. From selected blocks of the Amyndeon vineyards. 12.5% abv)
