Single vineyard Chardonnay from Northwestern Greece with vines planted at 600 m height on poor sandy soils. Fermented in French oak and matured for 8 months this is creamy and toasty but not shouting too much. Burgundian-like with nice mid-palate concentration roundness and persistent finish.
