14.5% abv. 100% Xinomavro from the Ramnista blocks in Naoussa, with each parcel vinified separately. The wine sees 5 days of cold soak, fermentation in a mix of French oak vats and stainless steel, malolactic fermentation, and then 14 months in French oak in 225- and 500-litre barrels before the final blend is made.
