Πρόσφατα βρέθηκα στην αγαπημένη Κύπρο για να παρουσιάσω σε επαγγελματίες του νησιού τρία νέα κρασιά του οινοποιείου Κυπερούντα που από το 2002 παράγει τον Πετρίτη Ξυνιστέρι σημείο αναφοράς στην ποικιλία αλλά και στα λευκά κρασιά της Κύπρου. 20 χρονιά μετά το οινοποιείο και ο πολυμήχανος οινολόγος του Μηνάς Μηνά φιλοδοξούν να πάνε τη συζήτηση σε ένα άλλο επίπεδο με ένα τρελό project που όμοιό του δύσκολα βρίσκεις σε όλο τον κόσμο.
