Μία Fine Wines παρουσίαση
Πρόσφατα είχα την χαρά να παρουσιάσω μερικά από τα πιο πρίμιουμ και prestige κρασία της εισαγωγικής εταιρείας Fine Wines που δραστηριοποιείται στη Θεσσαλονίκη, ανάμεσά τους 3 Grand Cru από τη Βουργουνδία και την εκπληκτική σαμπάνια Salon.
Αν και το επίπεδο όλων των κρασιών ήταν υψηλότατο οφείλω να ομολογήσω ότι πραγματικά εντυπωσιάστηκα από την έκφραση της απόλυτης φινέτσας του Clos de Lambrays, από τον χαρακτήρα της vintage Delamotte σε μία πολύ δύσκολη χρονιά όπως το 2007 και από το Cornas του Colombo με το τελευταίο να εκφράζει ιδανικά την φοβερή ισορροπία δύναμης και φινέτσας. Το απόλυτο ζητούμενο στα fine wines!
