Μοσχοφίλερο: Άνοδος, κρίση και αναγέννηση

Τα τελευταία χρόνια βλέπουμε μία ανανέωση του ενδιαφέροντος του κόσμου για τα κρασιά από την ποικιλία Μοσχοφίλερο. Μία ποικιλία που έχει γίνει γνωστή για τα αρωματικά κρασιά που παράγει και για τη χαρακτηριστική υψηλή οξύτητα και φρεσκάδα στην παλέτα. Όμως πέρα από αυτό το κλασικό στυλ παράγονται και αφρώδη, ροζέ, skin contact, gris και γλυκά κρασιά προσδίδοντας στην ποικιλία πολλά και ξεχωριστά πρόσωπα. Η αίσθησή μου είναι ότι αυτή την εποχή, γίνονται πολύ ωραία πράγματα για την ποικιλία από ποιοτικούς παραγωγούς που βλέπουν την ποικιλία ως όχημα πολυπλοκότητας.
