Έχουν περάσει 5 χρόνια από την πρώτη δον κιχωτική γευσιγνωσία Τerroir & Αμπελοτόπια που είχα παρουσιάσει στις Μεγάλες Μέρες Νεμέας 2017 με σκοπό να φανεί το δυναμικό και η τεράστια ποικιλομορφία της Νεμέας και του εξαιρετικού Αγιωργίτικου. Η ιδέα μου ήταν τότε να συνεχίσω μία συζήτηση που είχαν ξεκινήσει οι παραγωγοί μιλώντας για υποπεριοχές της Νεμέας και τα χαρακτηριστικά τους, να δώσω δηλαδή μία έξτρα ώθηση σε μία περιοχή και μία ποικιλία που όπως γράφω στο Η επιστροφή του Αγιωργίτικου ''ενώ έχει ''ακούσει'' πολλά τα τελευταία χρόνια και ενώ έχει υποφέρει από την κακή εικόνα του χύμα, έχει ένα φοβερό δυναμικό να αναδείξει''.
