Purple coloured dry Mavrodaphne from Cephalonia. Intense and deep scented nose. Garrigues, sage and thyme on the nose leading the way to a full throttle palate with a chocolaty finish. Very good acid balance, with a savoury character that adds complexity. Long lingering finish.
