Lipsi Anthonero 2018

Lipsi is a small scale winery owning 5 hectares of land in the Lipsi island in north east Aegean. It was founded in 2013 by two local growers aiming to promote the rare Fokiano variety. This is another sound effort from 100% Fokiano produced from direct pressing method in just 2700 bottles. Pale salmon coloured. Salty and textural with vegetal hints over a core of citrus and peach fruit. 13.50% abv
