(13 % abv, pH:  3.35, TA 6.1 g/lt). The wine is still youthful, with an intoxicating swirl of cherries, tar and vanilla. Needs time to digest oak but there is plenty of fruit as well. Vibrant and energetic, growing firm on the finish. Will improve over the next 5 years. A more silky Xinomavro compared to Naoussa.
