(13.5% abv, pH 3.49, TA 5.7, 3000 bottles, open-top tanks fermentation, 75% new french oak of 300 lts). A harmonious wine drinking very well now showing ripeness without heaviness. On the nose, it is savoury and fruity-mostly red fruits with well-defined smokiness. Layered, balanced and smooth with crispy acidity on the long finish.
