Golden coloured. Unmistakably a Hatzidakis nose, buttery smoky, funky with kumquat notes typical of Aidani. Ripe, round and full-throttled it is a wonder how it is so well balanced with the variety's classical soft acidity. A slight grip on the finish elevates complexity. A wine of character with Haridimos' signature.
