Oenops is the brainchild of ex-Pavlidis winemaker Nikos Karatzas with some friends. For 2015 it is a 100% Malagousia while for 2016 a blend based on Malagousia. Yellow colour with a ripe nose full of tropical fruit like pineapple along rose petals and some herbal rosemary notes. Concentrated with sound intensity it has a phenolic grip on the finish. Would love an extra touch of freshness.
