Oenops Limniona 2018

Οne of the four single varietal wines from Oenops Wines and talented Nikos Karatzas, the Limniona was fermented in 60% amphora with the rest in 500 lts oak. Slightly reductive in the beginning needs some time to reveal its virtues. Intense on the nose with a rich aromatic mixture of scents both floral and fruity, red cherries and thyme. Charming and characterful on the palate, very refined with a polished mineral core and a slightly tannic grip. A new age Greek red. Greece&Grapes €16.40
