Τα νέα κρασιά της Oenops αποκαλύπτονται: Βιδιανό, Ξινόμαυρο και Λημνιώνα
Μία πολύ ενδιαφέρουσα νέα σειρά κρασιών έρχεται να προστεθεί στο Apla της Oenops Wines και του οινοποιού Νίκου Καρατζά. Η σειρά συμπεριλαμβάνει 4 μονοποικιλιακά κρασιά, ένα Βιδιανό από την Κρήτη, δύο Ξινόμαυρα από τον Τρίλοφο (το ένα με απουσία θειωδών) και μία Λημνιώνα από την Θεσσαλία.
Η φιλοσοφία της Oenops είναι απλή. Την περιγράφει ο οινοποιός Νίκος Καρατζάς λέγοντας ‘’Απελευθερωμένος από τα ΠΟΠ και τα ΠΓΕ αναζητώ διαφορετικά terroir για να εκφράσω ποικιλίες μέσα από μία πολύ μίνιμαλ οινοποίηση. Έτσι θα δείτε ότι το Ξινόμαυρο του 2017 είναι ένα χαρμάνι Νάουσας, Αμυνταίου και Ραψάνης. Για μένα αυτό που μετράει είναι αυτό που γεύομαι κάτι που προσπαθώ να το δίνω με όση περισσότερη ειλικρίνεια μπορώ’’.
