Κάθε φορά που γράφω για τον οινοτουρισμό στην Ελλάδα με πιάνει ένα σφίξιμο στο στομάχι λες και γράφω εξετάσεις στην Έκθεση για τις Πανελλαδικές. Συγκριτικά με άλλες περιοχές, η χώρα μας μοιάζει φτωχός συγγενής. Περιμένετε όμως. Η Ελλάδα διαθέτει όλα τα συστατικά για να κάνει πρωταθλητισμό σε αυτό τον τομέα. Διαθέτει σημαντικές μικρές ιστορίες, διαθέτει terroirs (ένα οινικό οικοσύστημα εν συντομία), μπορεί να περηφανεύεται για αρτίστες οινοποιούς που ζουν κυριολεκτικά στα αμπέλια. Όσα δηλαδή μπορούν να λειτουργήσουν ως καταλύτες στην ανάπτυξη του οινοτουρισμού στην Ελλάδα.
