Παλαιά Αμπέλια, Καλύτερα Κρασιά; Το Masterclass
Πριν λίγες εβδομάδες παρουσίασα στα πλαίσια της έκθεσης του ΣΜΟΕ (Σύνδεσμος Μικρών Οινοποιών Ελλάδας) ένα masterclass με το αγαπημένο μου θέμα, την επίδραση των παλαιών αμπελιών στην ποιότητα του κρασιού. Μαζί με τρεις εξαίρετους οινοποιούς, τον Κωστή Δαλαμάρα (Κτήμα Δαλαμάρα), το Νίκο Καρατζά (Οίνωψ) και το Σταμάτη Μυλωνά (Οινοποιία Μυλωνά) που διαθέτουν μεγάλη εμπειρία με γέρικα κλήματα κάτι που αποδείχθηκε λαμπρά και στη γευσιγνωσία.
