Pieria Eratini, Wishes White 2024, Macedonia
13.5% abv. Produced from Assyrtiko, Malagousia and Chardonnay from vineyards in Pieria. The three varieties are harvested and vinified separately, each undergoing pre-fermentation cold maceration. They then mature for six months, with the Assyrtiko in acacia barrels, Chardonnay in French oak, and Malagousia in stainless steel.
