Το σπάνιας ομορφιάς νησί της Σαντορίνης, γνωστό για την εκθαμβωτική του θέα και το μοναδικό του terroir, ετοιμάζεται γρήγορα για τον τρύγο του 2023. Και ενώ το brand Σαντορίνη δείχνει να έχει απογειωθεί, δεν υπάρχει αμφιβολία ότι αυτή η χρονιά είναι γεμάτη προκλήσεις και κακοτοπιές. Από ένα ανώμαλο καιρικό μοτίβο στις σημαντικά μειωμένες στρεμματικές αποδόσεις, ο τρύγος του 2023 που εκτιμάται ότι θα ξεκινήσει προς τα τέλη της άλλης εβδομάδας για το Ασύρτικο δοκιμάζει τις αντοχές και τα νεύρα των τοπικών οινοποιών.
