A single vineyard Robola from the unofficial Lakomatia subzone in Kefalonia, grown in poor limestone rocky soils with western exposure that benefits from the afternoon sun. The wine follows the same process as Rachi, with fermentation in stainless steel, indigenous yeasts, long lees ageing, and bottling without fining or filtration. Certified organic and biodynamic. 2,600 bottles.
