Αλλά δεν είναι απλά θέμα απόλαυσης είναι σαφώς κάτι πιο ουσιαστικό. Γιατί ο κόσμος του κρασιού είναι απέραντος και συχνά χαοτικός για τον καταναλωτή, είναι ένας ωκεανός αν θέλετε και θεωρώ σωστό όταν γράφουμε να πρέπει με κάποιο τρόπο να κάνουμε τα πράγματα ευκολότερα. Και απλούστερα.
