Skouras Peplo 2018

This is the second vintage of this high end rosé which is a blend of three varieties matured in a range of vessels. Acacia is used for the Agiorgitiko, stainless steel for Syrah and amphora for the Mavrofilero (Moschofilero). Lots of vanilla and sweet fruit aromas on the nose. Palate follows on the same beat fruity, concentrated and with good finish. A stylistic shift from the more energetic and mineral 2017. Greece&Grapes €16.40 (YK)
