Strofilia, Spanies Gaies “Tampouri” 2021, Cabernet Franc, Peloponnese
13% abv. Produced from 100% Cabernet Franc from the Tampouri single vineyard in Asprokampos, Nemea, on the Stymfalia plateau at around 800 metres. Yields are approximately 65 hl/ha. After a short pre-fermentation cold maceration, fermentation takes place with selected yeasts at temperatures up to 25°C. The wine then matures for nine months in 225-litre French oak barrels and is bottled unfiltered.
