T-Oinos Clos Stegasta Assyrtiko 2018

(A cooler summer compared to 2017, harvest 8-13/9, 6500 bottles production, 15% matured in 500L oak, 4 m on the lees, 14% abv, pH 3,03, TA 7.1 g/L). Α richer more Burgundian expression of Clos Stegasta that includes part of the Clos Stegasta Rare. Nutty in a Puligny style with impressive depth of fruit and hard to imagine complexity. A wine of energy and power that sets the bar for the variety.  Greece&Grapes €54.70
