T-Oinos Clos Stegasta Mavrotragano 2017

(Tinos island, granitic terroir, single vineyard Rassonas). Exclusively from the terraces of Rassonas vineyard in Tinos, the Clos Stegasta 2017 Mavrotragano is a wonder. Oregano, violets and dark chocolate on the nose along crunchy cherries and liquorice. Absolutely seductive. Full throttled on the palate with 14.8% abv yet manages to retain a high level of finesse. Amazing tannins for seminar. Simply phenomenal this is the best red ever produced by T-Oinos under the guidance of Stéphane Derenoncourt.
