Tetramythos, Volitsa 2025, Patras
A rare expression of Volitsa Mavri, produced in a limited run of just 1,000 bottles. The wine comes from a 42-year-old vineyard at 710 metres altitude and is made with spontaneous fermentation and 15 days of extraction, without temperature control. Extraction is gentle, with two manual punch downs daily, followed by 6 months of ageing in old oak barrels. It is bottled unfiltered, with only 20 mg/l of added sulphur. The alcohol is just 12% abv.
