(Clay and limestone soils over schist. Fermented in stainless steel and oak. Lees for 3 months). More mineralic vintage compared to 2016 with a double dose of lemon on the palate and restrained fruit expression. My guess is it will age beautifully. Produced in 2.500 bottles with 13% abv.
