Theopetra Xinomavro Rosé 2018

(Organic single-vineyard wine, Platanos 5-10% slope at prehistoric Theopetra Cave foothills at 230 m altitude, sandy clay over slate, Yield: 37hL/ha, harvest: 3th week of September, fermentation in stainless steel tank at low temperatures, aging on lees for 40 days) Pale pink 'Provence style' colour. Intense nose combining cherries and herbs along pink grapefruit scents. Love the precision on the palate and the underlying minerality. Produced in 6.500 bottles with 13% abv.
