Very well made elegant Chardonnay with a nutty evolution along pear fruit on the nose. Medium full bodied, creamy and round it shows excellent balance and long finish. Single organic vineyard at Leivadi - Lemona at an altitude of 450m. Loamy - clay soil and fermentation in stainless steel tanks with lees for 3 months.
