Vlassides, Pelagitis Assyrtiko 2022, Cyprus
Agiorgitiko from Cyprus, harvested early to mid-September. Whole-bunch pressed, with a part of the wine fermenting in 300-litre French oak barrels, in contact with its fine lees for 10 months before bottling. For the 2022 vintage, the final blend consisted of 90% stainless steel–fermented wine and 10% barrel-fermented wine.
