Another superb effort from Vouni Panayia winery on Cypriot flagship variety, the white Xynisteri planted in 2159 ha. A combination of stone fruit and melon with underlying minerality this is pure, salty and distinctive with a long lingering finish. A terroir wine. (tasted blind)
