Wine Art Estate Assyrtiko 2011
Excellent example of a mature Assyrtiko outside the island of Santorini. Surprisingly tight, even slightly reductive nose followed by lovely evolution on the palate. Medium-full bodied, with fine balance between tropical fruit expression and minerality with a fairly long finish. Layered and concentrated. Delicious.
