Σε μία χρονιά με πολλές καιρικές διακυμάνσεις και σε ένα καλοκαίρι που δεν έχει αποφασίσει ακόμα αν θέλει τελικά να έρθει, νομίζω ότι αξίζει να προβληματιστούμε και να συζητήσουμε λίγο για τις καιρικές αλλαγές που όλοι βιώνουμε.
Σχετικά πρόσφατα ο ''τεράστιος'' Andrew Jefford έγραψε ένα κείμενο (μπορείτε να το διαβάσετε εδώ) με τον τίτλο Big Frost is Back but why? ψάχνοντας να εξηγήσει το λόγο που έχουμε δύο συνεχόμενες χρονιές ανοιξιάτικου παγετώνα (ΑΠ) στην Κεντρική Ευρώπη όταν η θεωρία της αλλαγής κλίματος συνιστά αλλιώς. Ότι με την αύξηση της θερμοκρασίας δηλαδή η πιθανότητα ΑΠ θα μειώνεται.
