Οι Master of Wine στην Ελλάδα, let the real Retsina please stand up
Είχαμε μείνει στο πρώτο μέρος της επίσκεψης των Master of Wine στην Ελλάδα που οργανώθηκε από την Enterprise Greece με τους 18 ειδικούς του κρασιού να περιδιαβαίνουν τον αμπελώνα της Αττικής. Στην τελευταία ημέρα πριν κατηφορίσουμε στην Κρήτη και στη Σαντορίνη δέσποζε η γευσιγνωσία της Ρετσίνας συνοδεία ψαρομεζέδων.
Είναι απίστευτο το πόση πολωτική ακόμα και στη σημερινή εποχή είναι η Ρετσίνα, η 'ευλογία' του ελληνικού κρασιού που το έκανε γνωστό στον κόσμο αλλά ταυτόχρονα και η 'κατάρα' του αφού ακόμα και τώρα που υπάρχουν καταπληκτικές Ρετσίνες η βελόνα έχει κολλήσει στα φτωχά ποιοτικά κρασιά του παρελθόντος. Για όλα τα παραπάνω το ενδιαφέρον ήταν πολύ έντονο. Θα δοκιμάζαμε έντεκα New Age Ρετσίνες και ταυτόχρονα θα απολαμβάναμε την Ελένη Κεχρή (οινοποιείο Κεχρή) και τον Δημήτρη Γεώργα (οικογένεια Γεώργα) (φωτογραφία παρακάτω) να συζητούν για αυτές.
