Οινικές Ανακαλύψεις στο Λιτόχωρο: Πιερία και beyond
Το να εντοπίσεις κάτι εντελώς καινούργιο που δεν έχει αναδειχθεί ούτε σε επίπεδο παρανυχίδας είναι από τα μεγάλα στοιχήματα όσων ασχολούνται σοβαρά με το ελληνικό κρασί. Δεν είναι ούτε απλό, ούτε υπάρχουν και τόσες πολλές ευκαιρίες μέσα σε μία σεζόν.
Όμως με σχεδόν 40 οινοποιεία κυριολεκτικά μπροστά μου στο Λιτόχωρο Πιερίας και στο Spitaki Wine Fair, ένα ήταν σίγουρο. Δεν θα άφηνα την ευκαιρία να πάει χαμένη ειδικά όταν υπήρχε η δυνατότητα να δοκιμάσω συγκεντρωμένα οχτώ οινοποιεία από την περιοχή της Πιερίας.
